Why We Built This

Modern patients have modern expectations. They schedule dinner reservations from their phones, have groceries delivered to their doors, and video call their families across time zones. They expect the same convenience from their healthcare providers.

Yet most telehealth solutions treat video visits as an afterthought—something bolted onto existing systems with duct tape and hope. The result is friction at every step. Separate portals for patients to navigate. Disconnected documentation that requires manual entry. Billing workflows that create more work instead of less.

We built Virtual Visits because we believe telehealth should be invisible. Not invisible to patients, but invisible to your workflow. Virtual Visits is available now for all Unified customers. To enable it for your practice:

  2. Complete a brief training session (about 30 minutes)
